Participants acknowledge that activities may involve:

• Accidental contact with materials
All materials provided are intended solely for creative use and must not be ingested.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Splattify staff.

By participating in any Splattify activity, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate.
You agree to inform Splattify of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may be affected by paints, materials, lighting, or other elements used during the activities.
SECTION 5 – SUPERVISION OF MINORS
Splattify Pte Ltd is a creative studio and does not provide childcare or child-minding services.
Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of their minor child(ren) at all times while on the premises.
Splattify shall not be responsible for minors who leave the premises or are left unsupervised, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

When you place an order or booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase.
Splattify reserves the right to accept or decline any order or booking at our discretion.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
